Welcome to Almas Jewellery Vienna. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. About Our Business Almas Jewellery Vienna is an independent Austrian business. As a Kleinunternehmer according to § 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG, we do not charge VAT. All prices shown are final prices.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: We hand-prepare your orders within 3 business days.

  • Shipping: We ship via UPS/Austrian Post to addresses within the EU and the UK.

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local carrier efficiency. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships, so you can follow its progress.

3. Returns & Exchanges We want you to love your jewellery. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Process: Please email us at Almas Jewellery Vienna @ gmail . com to initiate your return.

  • Costs: Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

4. Jewellery Care As our pieces are handcrafted, they require gentle care. Please avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions to keep your jewellery in perfect condition.

5. Liability We are not responsible for any damage to jewellery caused by improper care or misuse. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
